OUCH! Medium Anal Douche

How to Use:

You want to fill the bulb with room temperature water, nothing too hot or too cold!
Insert the tip into the anus (lube is quite important for this part since the tip is ABS plastic feel free to use silicone or water-based) and squeeze, do not release the bulb until you have removed the tip from the anus. Hold the water there until you feel the need to release it. The two options for where to do this is the toilet or the shower, as it can get messy.
